Students shall be admitted only if the parent(s) agrees to the school mission and agrees to abide by the educational policies and regulations of the school and the Archdiocese of Denver. Students will be admitted if he/she has a reasonable hope of successfully completing the school's academic program. Students are admitted to St. Clare once they have gone through the proper admissions procedure.

The admission procedure consists of an Application Form, and must include a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), immunization records, and a $50 application fee.  If transferring, a copy of the child’s latest report card and a completed Teacher Recommendation Form are also required.  Once these records have been received, a screening will be set up.  Upon acceptance, a completed tuition contract and a $500 non-refundable deposit will be due.

Siblings as well as St. Clare of Assisi, St. Mary's, and St. Patrick's parishioners receive priority in any waitlist situation.
